I feel it . . . can you? – I watched a Norwegian Dr. treat an 11 year old girl in a Gaza hospital on the CBS News. Her 4 siblings were killed as was her mother. I can not imagine the pain and fear she is feeling, there will be no ‘grief counceling’ for her. She has now grown up. The war will never be over for her.

Question by the-rage-in-disguise: How to deal w/ the death of an uncle?
I just found out that my uncle died of a heart attack . I was certain he was going to be ok b/c he survived the first 48 hours . I need some suggestions on how to deal with this . (ex : websites , books , stuff to do?)Please do not say religion , I’m sick of hearing it from family and friends who seem to think praying fixes anything.

First, you did`nt say how old your are? and how old was your dear uncle? And I understand you don`t what to hear, that he is in a better place, or it was the will of God, and it was his time to go. I really don`t no how much to say, like if your a very young person, it does`nt make any difference how old your uncle was, you miss him and it is OK to grief for him. I am sorry, and hope you find help in handling this. I would say more if I knew your age, but maybe someone on here will have a better answer.

RK is has not been proven in any scientific studies to be efficacious in humans. The active ingredient, 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butan-2-one, is not known to have the effect Dr. Oz stated and the side effects of RK on humans when taken orally as a supplement are not established or well understood. Hence, people with fat issues, should do as the best minds in nutrition and health on the planet, the US National Institute of Health, have been recommending for decades and avoid all supplements unless recommended by a health care professional.
