Question by ltiede2004: Support groups for Widow/Widowers?
Looking for a support group in orange county, ca. having a tough time with it through a random search via google, yahoo etc. Nuttin’s coming up. Does anyone have any information on this? I have a friend who really needs to get some therapy, and the “one on one” just doesn’t seem to fit the bill.

Any recommendations, help, knowledge is much appreciated!

Bereaved adults’ support groups, “The Gathering Place.” 10 a.m. Saturdays. 1343 W. Valencia Drive, room H, Fullerton. 714-810-5302.

Bereaved spousal support group for the newly widowed. 1-3 p.m. Tuesdays. Los Alamitos Community Center, 10911 Oak St. Reservations: 562-594-9977.
