Type of Daycare for My 17 Month Old Son….?

by wallyg

Question by candigirl24: Type of daycare for my 17 month old son….?
I’m going to be going back to work soon and I have to find a daycare for my son. I don’t know weather to go with an at home daycare or a daycare center.

He has been to both, but while at a “center” I was working there also, but in a different room. I quit because I didn’t agree with the way the center was run. He was 9-10 months when he was last in a center.

He does great socially in both environments, but I think I feel better him being in an at home place.

Again, he’s 17 months, but doesn’t talk AT ALL. was hoping that maybe at a center and being around more kids could get him to talk more?

He’s a very social boy, loves anyone and everyone. So I don’t see him having a problem with kids/teacher.

My big concern tho is him picking up bad habits (biting, hitting, ect)

Would either/or have a hand in that? (him picking up those habits?)
