so I have the fee waver to cover the classes i am going to take. but friend told me to apply for finacial aid. what is it?and also EOP, does anyone know what they are and for what please!!!

A fee waiver means the school isn’t charging you for the classes. Financial aid is a way to pay for the classes, if you were being charged. If you still don’t understand, you need to talk with someone in your school’s financial aid office.
