Question by moi: what does your major need to be if you want to become a middle/high school counselor or any other kind?
what does your major need to be if you want to become a middle/high school counselor or any other kind of counselor?
and does anyone know what the average salary those jobs would pay?I’m just trying to get an idea….

probably psychology, or child psychology. some schools offer a degree in counseling. Sorry I don’t know what the job would pay, but I really doubt it would pay much since a teacher’s salary already sucks. (I’m going to be a teacher with a background in psychology or social services so I’ve looked into the degrees required for this kind of thing).
