Was It Wrong for My Rehab Counselor to Call Me a Bitch?

Question by Queen Ashlie: Was it wrong for my rehab counselor to call me a bitch?
I got 2 MIPs so I had to go to an outpatient rehab program. The counselor encouraged us to share stories that made us feel bad so I shared a story about a stalker that did malicious things such as hack my email and accuse me of stealing a credit card when he himself stole it. The rehab counselor replied “Man you must be a real BITCH for a guy to do that!” Isn’t that incredibly rude and uncalled for to use the word “bitch” in a counseling session? He has a CAC-1 license (Certified Alcohol Counselor.) This license does not require any formal education and he only has a 2 year associates degree from a junior college. How can he be allowed to call me a “bitch” and talk to me that way? Don’t I deserve to be treated with respect? All Sharpton and all those civil rights people say how horrible the b-word is, why is someone in authority allowed to use it?
They blocked the word—It is the “b-word” that rhymes with witch. See it must be bad or else yahoo would not block it out!
Wow Travelle…..If my rehab forced me to perform oral sex on him and eat his feces…..should I do that to? Because I am in rehab and all and I am a bitch so I must do whatever someone tells me no matter what. You sicken me!
I will never recover? Except I have been sober for over a year. And I will never drink again. I won’t approve of some low-life alcohol couselor calling me a bitch. You are probably a low-life, uneducated, former drunk just like him. I will NEVER be like you! I am moving on to a brilliant life! I have a 3.9 in school and I am going to law school to be a lawyer. That’s so much more of an accomplisment than a rehab couselor.
