“Food addiction” is a contemporary term used to describe a pathological disorder; the compulsive, excessive craving for and consumption of food.

This condition is not only manifested by the abnormal intake of food, but the intake and craving for foods that are, in themselves, harmful to the individual.

Good luck.

School Presentation Help-Narconon?

Question by Nick: School Presentation Help-Narconon?
I did almost all of it.. but I cant find anything else really anywhere. The presentation is about the Narconon Drug Rehab facility (Mostly the one in Albion Michigan) The things I need are
“The categories of service offered by the facility”
“What types of techniques, activities, and programs are offered to help the individual(s)?”
and that’s it. I cant find these answers.

Also if you can please include your resources. Please and thank you.

And I know most people just dont give you the answers.. so if you could show me a link to something that helps that’s fine too. Thanks 🙂

Whats the Answer to the New England Geography Question? and Also the TVA Question?

Question by bb: whats the answer to the new england geography question? and also the TVA question?

Best answer:

Answer by Charles K
— New England’s long rolling hills, mountains, and jagged coastline are glacial landforms resulting from the retreat of ice sheets approximately 18,000 years ago, during the last glacial period. The coast of the region, extending from southwestern Connecticut to northeastern Maine, is dotted with lakes, hills, swamps, and sandy beaches. Further inland are the Appalachian Mountains, extending through Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Among them, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire is Mount Washington, which at 1,917 m (6,288 ft), is the highest peak in the northeast United States. It is also the site of the highest recorded wind speed on Earth. Vermont’s Green Mountains, which become the Berkshire Hills in western Massachusetts and Connecticut, are smaller than the White Mountains. Valleys in the region include the Connecticut River Valley and the Merrimack Valley.

Addictions are classified as diseases because they can hurt/kill the person and supposivly the person can’t help it. Personally I think that that is a load of crap. It might be hard, but if someone has enough will power and wants to quit and additicion they can. I know people that have quit smoking crank cold turkey after smoking it nearly every day for nearly five years! Don’t tell me everyone can’t do that. It’s completly metal.

What Alternative ADD Meds Are Recommended?

Question by Ethan R: What alternative ADD meds are recommended?
I’m 15 and Ive Been taking FocalinXR daily for about three months as an alternative to Ritalin, but it’s simply too weak. Even after raising the dose to 20mg it just doesn’t cut it. I don’t want to go back to Ritalin and my parents and I have been given the option to try the following – Adderall – Desoxyn -Dexedrine and I’m curious as to anyone’s thoughts or personal experiences.
