How Do You Effectively Grieve?
Question by Coração: How do you effectively grieve?
My therapist says I am sad because I am “grieving” the loss of my last relationship and therefore the death of my hopes and dreams… But it’s been a year and I really don’t care about the guy. How do I adequately grieve so that I can get over this?
I found out she is right… I was not actually grieving the loss of my big relationship, but the little one that came after it… I miss him a lot, and wish would talk again. He is in Lisbon.
