I Think My Nurse Wrote “Shock Therapy” on My Chart?
by B.G. Johnson
Question by Nancy: I think my nurse wrote “shock therapy” on my chart?
But when I left she said in a very weird way “Okay come back next week and we will do a cat scan.” She said it like she was kind of smirking or something. Can they do shock therapy on me without asking me first?

No, they need your signed consent or you could sue them. By the way, she likely would not have written “shock therapy” either cause that’s not professional jargon. If anything she would have written ect’s. You also have the legal right to view your chart and all of your info.

Respond To, “to Be or Not to Be”?
Question by Canada: Respond to, “To be or not to be”?
So a friend of mine posted their facebook status saying, “To be on not to be… that is the question”
I want to think of something deep to counter their quote.
Shakespeare if possible, but anything works.
The best I got was, “It’s not what you are, but what you can become.”
Brownie points if you can give me Star Wars quotes 😉
Thanks!
Thank you for the input but we need to raise it up a notch.
A friend responded before us and said, “Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles…”
we need to one up this!

Well she probably thinks you’re disgusting and she’s right. If you’re unhappy in the marriage just get out if it, don’t destroy it first.

Rehab most often refers to a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center, where someone can go in order to receive supervised care to overcome theri addictions. These centers are typically ran by Licensed Counselors, along with doctors and other staff. Here is a list of 3 Rehab Centers if you want a little more specific information on them:

How Long Does a Marriage Last if the Husband or Wife Has a Lover?
Question by : How long does a marriage last if the husband or wife has a lover?
I want to become a psychiatrist one day and deal especially with relationship problems, right now I analyse everything and need other peoples opinions. This will be really specific question but it is not related to my personal life, it is just for educational purposes.
Let’s say there is a married couple, they have 2 or 3 kids all below age 10. They are married for over 5 years and love each other but are no longer ‘in love’. They are not cheaters but at some point one of them (either wife or husband) meets someone new and that person becomes their lover, who is really passionate, understanding and interesting. What do you think are the chances of that marriage lasting forever? If of course the other half doesn’t find out, and it doesn’t matter if the person who has the lover would leave for that lover or just leave because they realise it is no longer the same. What are the chances of the person leaving his other half and kids? I’m talking about any time in life.
