Is There Anyway to Do the Mayo Deep Treatment Without the Smell?

Question by Christiana: Is there anyway to do the Mayo Deep Treatment without the smell?
I have found NUMEROUS home treatments that deal with mayonnaise. A lot of the reviews, however, complain about the smell. Is there anyway I can avoid that mayo smell in my hair after its rinsed out? Should I add something?

TWO THINGS; 1st: MOST IMPORTANT thing you can do for your hair…more important than shampooing, treatments and daily conditioning…that is using a LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER…ALWAYS. It smells great and is the best protection for your hair. It’s sunblock/cream for the hair. Also…mix the mayo up with an avocado and a couple of OVERLY ripen bananas to maximize hydration and minimize smellization (<---new word! I just made it up! GO ME!) ;0)

I Am Confused as to What My Title Will Be?

Question by rhapsody19: I am confused as to what my title will be?
So, I am taking classes to get my master’s degree in counseling. Originally, I got my undergrad in psych because I wanted to be a psychologist. I wanted to help people and be a therapist, in a nut shell. The people at my program said that if I want to “practice” that I should become a certified counselor. So, now that is the track that I am on. They also have a master’s program in psychology. What is the difference in that then what I am doing? That is all well and good but they are always talking about how psychology is such a different field from counseling. Will I get to be called a psychologist only after I get my doctorate degree? I know this is petty, but I dont like the sound of being called a counselor.

Whats the Difference Between a Psychotherapist and a Therapist, and a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist?

Question by Jon: whats the difference between a psychotherapist and a therapist, and a psychiatrist and a psychologist?

Best answer:

Answer by Hodder
Firstly, psychotherapists are a form of therapists, then there are occupational therapists, educational therapists, management therapists. A therapist and a psychotherapist deals with the underlying problem that caused something like depression such as a car accident. A psychiatrist looks at a mental disorder and how it affects the physiological side of us. So how schizophrenia
affects us physically, they then treat it. Psychologists, again there are many types, a clinical psychologist is much the same as a psychiatrist. They look at mental disorders but deal with the disorder rather than the physical symptoms. SO a clinical psychologist would deal with the actual schizophrenia rather than the effects on the body.
Hope this helped a little
