Is There Something Besides AA?

Question by ta p: is there something besides AA?
i have been trying to quit alcohol for two years. everytime i go to an AA meeting i always feel worse than when i went. are there other options?

Yup, hospitals, prison and/or the cemetary. But. I suspect you hear that at the meetings. If nothing else, AA will definitely ruin your drinking career whether you quit or not! One day at a time is how I quit….took me 11 years to get 1 year of sobriety…I now have 12 years. Just hang in there and keep coming back…it DOES work!!
