my grandpa died 3 months ago and i watched him die and i cant sleep i miss him like crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is this normal or am i crazy and scared?

You are not crazy. You need other things in your life to occupy this space / void your loss has created. Time is one of the best healers. Just go slow and easy. Some of this will probably last a lifetime but some of the pain should ease with time. Age can play a part in this. If you are preteen or teen–it will probable have a bigger impression on you and will be harder to fill this void.
Good Luck to you and try to remember–time will help. ( or should help) If it does not–try going to a doctor. Hopefully, he could prescribe some medicine to dull this pain.
