i attempted it because i miss my uncle who died three years ago.Ive told my closest friends but it hasnt helped.i feel like i cant talk to anyone who can help me.i have lost the will to live.
im fifteen and last time i attempted suicide i took an overdose of paracetamol and cant stop thinking about it

Your uncle wouldn’t want that for you, he would want you to live your life,and live it to the fullest. Your friends didn’t know your uncle,so of course they won’t completely understand.
I would suggest seeing a therapist, or a good old fashion journal might help,..it’s like telling someone,but they can’t judge or laugh at whatever you say or think.

Experiences we have that are from grief and loss need to be addressed because if left unattended they will manifest themselves in to actuall illnesses. When people don’t deal with what’s going on in their lives, the push it down, bury and suprress it, it has to come out somewhere and that somewhere is our health. I have seen people sick with colds and flus year around because their grief or loss or depression affected them to the point where their immune systems lowers.
