We fight as a couple and we are looking for a workbook to work on together to help improve our relationship. Is there a good one out there? We will begin counseling once we save the money.

Depends on what your fighting about. There is free group counseling so you can go seperately and then try what you have learned at home. if it’s money fights try to find a DA Debtors ananyomous meeting. If it’s family stuff there is CODA codependents ananymous. If its a messy house there is Clutterers Anonymous. If its over a dead person there are different greiving groups you can join. If Sex there is SA Sex Ananymous. As for a workbook there are so many out there where shall I begin. You can go to your local library and ask that exact question or google the question. You’ll get a slew of books. “Anger Habit in Relationships” by Carl Semmelroth, “Relationship Rescue Workbook” by Dr. Phil McGraw, “Receiving Love Workbook” its a 12 week course for couples, “Love is a Choice Workbook” and last but not least “One Day My Soul Just Opened Up” by Iyanla Vanzant.
