Question by Chase M: How would I go about getting a service dog?
Hello everyone and I thank you in advance for your help, I have had severe anxiety, depression, and panic attacks for a long time now, and I was wondering if you could get a service dog for those reasons, and if so how would you go about getting one.

Why the hell would you need a service dog for that…? I thought they lead blind people. I have severe depression and anxiety attacks all the time; it doesn’t prevent me from walking. Get a therapist and medication.

Question by RAnDoMarKErs: Why do I feel so depressed & not proud of who I am?
Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m worthless, unattractive and hopeless. But, some days I’ll be happy and feel alive but mostly I feel like I’m worn down and sometimes I’ll have a loss of appetite and I’ll stay up all night worrying or thinking about my life and a lot of times, I’ll become down or mopey all the sudden and I’ll cry for no reason. And also, I feel like I’m not good enough for anybody and the worst thing is, I’ll get in a rut and think,”Oh my gosh, another one. How am I going to pull myself out of this one?” Should I see a counselor? What do you guys recommend? Thanks so much, XOXO – RM

Get some meds, talk to a doctor and counsellor and you’ll be fine.
