Question by mangopuppy: Are you supposed to “detox” before trying to get pregnant?
I’ve heard of women going “healthy” for a year before even TRYING to get pregnant — giving up sushi, alcohol, fast food; upping the veggies, taking vitamins every day, etc. Is any of this really necessary?
