Which Type of Therapist Is Most Beneficial With Treating Depression?
Question by Never again: Which type of therapist is most beneficial with treating depression?
I believe to have depression. I show all of the symptoms and everything. I’ve been feeling like this for a while. Anyway, I asked my Doctor for a list of Psychologists and stuff, and he gave me a few for “L.C.P Counselor” “Psychiatry” and “Psychology”. I don’t know which list would be best to choose from. There are many choices but most of them fall under Psychiatry. I don’t want to end up up choosing the wrong one and end up regretting it, so which category would be best for depression?
