Where Do I Look for My Jobs Legal Obligations to My Privacy and Harassment.?
Question by Libra70: Where do I look for my jobs legal obligations to my privacy and harassment.?
I am having several issues at work right now and am under constant harassment of any and all kinds. They also have a “rehab counselor” there that is constantly talking to management about what has been told to him? Where do I go to find out what my rights are?? This is suppose to be a “rehab” place of work for those with handicaps or other disabilities so you can get back into the work force. Please help me!!! Also, how do I document innapropiate comments made and the sexual “hints” made?
