What Are Some Alternatives to Therapy and Anti-Anxiety Drugs?
Question by robvin: What are some alternatives to therapy and anti-anxiety drugs?
I’m 23 and suffer from social anxiety and depression. I’ve seen 4 completely different psychiatrists and have been on medication since I was 16. I stopped taking my medication a year ago, it made me too numb, and now everything seems upside down. I feel uncomfortable talking about my feelings to anyone. I don’t know any other options. What else can I do?
