i want to start a business but i the kind of business i want to start cannot be done online it an interactive kind of business i have no money credits not that great just the drive has anyone heard of these kind of loans

I believe that there are a number of schemes designed to promote business in the 3rd world that focus making small loans to women (it’s an ’empowerment’ thing) …

However in UK, we have laws that make discrimination on the basis of colour or sex illegal.

NB. how to spot such blatant discrimination = change the words from ‘black’ to ‘white’ and ‘woman’ to ‘man’ ..
