Not exactly what you were talking about but Angelman Syndrome is a genetic dissorder that fits what you were talking about.
“Children with Angelman syndrome have a happy demeanor, laughing frequently and flapping their hands when excited. Dr. Harry Angelman described three cases in 1965, calling the children ‘puppet children’ because of their stiff, jerky gait, absent speech and excessive laughter. In 1982, Dr. Charles Williams, who formed the first U.S. Angelman syndrome research and education organization, suggested the eponym “Angelman” be used to avoid offending families.”
Another Mental Health Question?
Question by Joe Cappelli: Another mental health question?
I’m not sure if this Is true or not, but I heard that in some state, being treated for depression or even just an eating disorder takes your gun rights away. I’ve been to a therapist for depression, no medication, just talking, and I’ve also seen a doctor for Tourette’s syndrome and gotten medication. Would that show up on a background check for a gun? And if so, would it disqualify me from getting a gun? I know mental illness treatment would show up. And if I was deemed a threat to society it would show up, but I don’t have any of that. But would my seeing a therapist from depression and a doctor for tourettes be disqualifying? I don’t think so but I can’t be sure. I live in Colorado, and can’t seem to find anybody who knows the answer.

Hi, Craigros!
I typed “The Social Impacts of the Bushfires” into Google, clicked on the Australia only section and found this local stuff below which is all about the 2003 and recent 2007 bushfires in Victoria, Australia.
Bushfires extract high social cost
September 1, 2003.
The loss of income and production caused by last summer’s bushfires was an estimated $ 121 million to the economies of the Alpine, East Gippsland, Indigo and Towong shires, RMIT reported yesterday.
The independent RMIT Centre for Rural and Regional Development report on the socio-economic impacts of the fire on Victoria’s far north-east and east was commissioned by Timber Towns Victoria.
