I Am Tired of My Life..alcohol Is My Only Relief?

Question by mojo2509: i am tired of my life..alcohol is my only relief?
I am 21. College student. No friends. No girlfriend. Only people who care about me are my family(but they are far away from me). Spend all friday/saturday night home drinking beer alone. I am young and alone. I waste my life. Reason..Low self-esteem..Can’t stand up for myself..Fearful of everything..always nervous (especially in front of attractive girl). I wanna change myself. Every morning I tell myself so. I wanna change. I want to be fun to be around..I want to enjoy life..uh..for the rest of the day I feel awkward in front of my fellow students. I can’t make friends with an attitude I have right now. Moreover, English is my second language. I feel people are laughing in their minds when I make grammar mistakes. I feel terrible about myself. I try to convince myself that Iam a good guy. Everything is fine with me. But I can’t get rid of the feeling that people see me as a looser. I always worry what others think about me. I am a total wussy.
I would appreciate any inspirational advices (i’m in need of some)..Maybe I need to see a professional. Sad that a young guy in his 21 needs mental treatment((
I have no choice but to go see school counselor..i just want be myself..but I hate this freakin inner voice telling me “you are loser, you don’t worth anything” “what? you wanna go talk with that girl..screw that..you gonna look awkward.” tired of it.
