You can get a degree in Social Work. But even before that, you can work in certain capacities in the field. I had a friend whose job it was to research cases of child abuse, for example, and I believe this was before she received her degree in Social Work. But of course, with the degree, then there is so much you can do.

Well, that’s an interesting subject.

You could also do a presentation on Oxycontin abuse, since it is so widespread and has led to major societal impacts, especially in some small towns. We tend to forget that people can get addicted to prescription drugs as well as “street” drugs – look at Rush Limbaugh.

Or, you could talk about the epidemic of cough syrup abuse and addiction that seems to be sweeping entire schools lately, though I fear you will find less evidence and news stories on this.

It was called “Drugs”. I wrote it because I’ve been used and played so much by girls that i think girls want us guys to be like a drug (an addiction and something we can’t stop using) and then they get off of us. somebody even thought i was gay because i wrote the line “why do we men need ya’ll in our lives”. i wrote that to tell how I’ve been played and so why do we need users in our lives…. 6 girls rejected me last week. sad right?

anyway was it a bad thing that i wrote the song?
