Question by Rebecca Harris: My 18 yr old cat died this past July and sometimes the grief is overwhelming, what can I do to deal better?
Even tho it’s been almost 6 mo. it still feels like yesterday

I’m very sorry for your loss. There are many pet loss support groups, as well as many books on how to heal from the loss of a pet. I recommend “Cat Caught My Heart” – it features cute stories about people remembering their beloved cats.
