Question by K: What type of personality gets addicted to Cocaine?
Is the person depressed? Lacking dopamine? What traits make a person want to do cocaine and almost need it to feel normal again?

I think it is when they are following someone and that someone leads them to drugs. I would think they would have bad self esteem and very loose morals. They would need to believe in themselves and go to rehab to feel normal again.

Question by LoveMyJacks: Who, What and Where is the original CCC Consumer Credit Counseling organization?
There are so many copycat organizations out there now all claiming to help people get out of debt and help with consolidation, credit repair, etc. They all “stole” the CCC initials or use the “credit counseling” buzz words but I want to know who the ORIGINAL – government sponsored (I think) business is. I used them 25 years ago before all the copycats came along. The Internet is no help as I stated before, they all use the “C” words. Thanks for your help.

Question by Hat: How to deal with a delusional bipolar?
My mother is a bipolar and started having delusions that I am hacking into her home network and spying on her, stealing money from her and her family’s bank accounts, tapping into her phones, etc… She seems to have gathered ‘evidence’ for my non-existent criminal activities and she’s 100% convinced that this is happening. Is it possible that this will eventually go away? Every time I counter her ‘evidence’ it seems to do no good. Is there any way to cure delusions?

Medications and therapy help tremendously. Perhaps once your mother is no longer in a period of mania you could start family therapy. Mental illness is often a family illness.
