“Rehab” by Amy Winehouse – Irresponsible?
Question by Proud Momma: “Rehab” by Amy Winehouse – irresponsible?
UGH! I can justsee it now. Someone REALLY NEEDS to go to rehab and they start singing her *!#*! song!
Having lived with an alcoholic drug abuser for years, I really HATE that song. The music behid the song is good, but the lyrics are completely irresponsible.
I have never heard of Amy before this song showed up on the radio…
And it’s just as bad as that song a few years ago about marijuana. I can’t remember how that one went.
What happened to good old love songs and such?
*sigh* we make too many allowances for music lyrics these days. All the stuff I hear I think “gosh, I don’t want my kid to hear this!”
I’m not saying it’s the music FAULT, but why make things worse? No wonder our morals in this country are eroding so fast. Our kids idolize these people, and we say it’s ok cuz it’s just music… etc.
