Question by Love: Was marriage counseling a mistake??? Or should i have just left him for good? He wanted marriage counseling…?
I don’t know what to do. We have only been together for a year and a half and we have so many problems. I love my husband but slowly i am losing my love for him.

I have found out either by confession or admitting, about all of these things since we’ve been together and i am drained of energy because he is always causing stress in our marriage and im sick of it.
I’m 21 and he is 30.

*I found out that he had a drug problem. He hid it for a year and i had no idea. He was buying drugs from an 18 year old girl and doing about 20 vicodin pills a day. I told him if he didn’t stop i would leave him, so he stopped, no questions asked.

Question by lamp_breaker18: Vote for Obama? Why?
I haven’t really followed politics this year, but can someone sum up why all the gays are voting for Obama? Obviously they wouldn’t vote for McCain, but I don’t know all the stances he is taking. I’ve heard that he supports gay marriage, and I’ve heard that he only supports civil unions. Can someone help me out?
Ok, not ALL the gays, but the majority. %90 of the people at SD Pride were wearing Obama shirts or stickers, or were in the booths recruiting people.

“All the gays” are not voting for Obama.

Frankly, if he wants to be president, he will need a lot more than nice speeches for my vote. He is running for the highest office in the most powerful nation on earth. I will not give my consent to anyone… anyone… who does not tell me exactly what he plans to do in that office. He at least owes something more than “change we can believe in.”

Question by partly cloudy: How to recapture the passion after high infedelity?
We’ve been together 4 plus years. he is 64 i am 45. i began to learn of his internet lust affairs last year and this past spring found the photos of his laisons. as time goes by, i am “less angry” however, my desire is at an all time low. we would like to work things out, but this is getting worse and worse. i used to be very passionate and loving and was even blessed with multiple orgasams. now, it is not like that anymore. other than a stranger “counseling” us, what can we do?

I’m not sure about the “other than a stranger ‘counseling” us” bit. It seems like if anyone ever needed marriage counseling, the two of you do. It’s going to be very difficult, if not impossible, for you to put Humpty Dumpty back together again without professional help.
