I want to try a NATURAL detox diet, not one that’s a box you buy from the drug store. And I know that there have been warnings against these detoxes but I want to try one. I’ve looked online for different ones but can someone recommend to me one that you have actually tried and has worked. Preferably one that doesn’t have too many ingredients and not too expensive to buy the ingredients.
