What Are You Suppose to Do if You Feel You Have Nothing to Live For?
Question by ._.: What are you suppose to do if you feel you have nothing to live for?
I have depression, I have anxiety disorder… My parents won’t help me with it, for years now I’ve been trying to get them to help me get treatment, I cry every night and contemplate suicide and cut myself. Most of the time I don’t really know why. I just don’t feel like I have anything to live for anymore. I am truly convinced that if things don’t get better for me in the next few months I will for sure, absolutely kill myself. All of my friends are just…unhelpful or mean… I just want to meet some energetic happy people to be around. My family, besides my parents and aunts and uncles is pretty much gone and I don’t really even talk to them. My brother hates me. Most of my family thinks I’m a brat…when really I’d like to think i’m nice to everyone… all I do all day is stay inside by myself because my parents are at work and its driving me insane. Also whenever I tell my parents I want to do something with my summer, or my life in general, they put it down. I say I wanna join a club…a sport…or even get a job and they just laugh and say no like I’m out of my mind. I’m like guys, I SIT INSIDE ALL DAY. Wouldn’t it be nice for me to do something productive? When I do nothing all day, I get even MORE depressed with my life…
How to Tolerate OCD?
Question by worriedprincess: How to tolerate OCD?
My boyfriend has OCD, and he takes medicine for it but it clearly doesn’t work. I feel like his OCD really interferes with a lot of things. It gets really frustrating and hard to deal with. Our baby will be here in July and I really hope he tells his OCD to go away by then. I just don’t know what to do. I have talked to him about it and I don’t think he understands how much his OCD interferes. How would you handle this? Honestly, I am getting sick of handling this crap.
Also, I don’t live with him right now. He lives at his house. It’s just when we are hanging out, he has little ticks that just agitate me.

The WWE ruins people’s dreams, for instance they actually released someone as athletic as Shelton Benjamin and someone as cool as Carlito? They both was very entertaining indeed then the WWE just throws them out without a proper good-bye? Whos next? John Morrison? Anyway just give me your thoughts and opinions on this incident…

Don’t forget that it was Republican Senator, Johnny Isakson of Georgia who put the “end of life counseling” provision into the heath care bill in the first place and called Sarah Palin “nuts” for being against it.

If Someone Is Addicted to Crack Cocaine, Is There Any Hope?
Question by dbelsila: If someone is addicted to crack cocaine, is there any hope?
My 18 year old son is addicted to crack cocaine. I have tried to watch him; tried threatening; tried cutting off communication; nothing works. He now has stolen from me and he’s sitting in jail. I know he needs treatment, but ppl are saying its a lost cause; some say there is hope and some say he will always use. Is there any hope for recovery? Honestly?

Answer by The Man
Well for me being in and out of rehabs, i have seen many people recover and maintain sobriety after crack cocaine use. Its a very strong psychological addiction, but there is no physical dependence which makes it a little easier than most things, and is why they rely on psychotherapy. They used to say opiate addiction is a hopeless, but thats changed (considering experience). Its not hopeless, but it will be hard after treatment because u should just worry about his addictive personality, keep a close watch on him. Also, threatening him with things wont do anything, he would do what he wishes. You have to help him to change himself or have someone else help him
