Overview Pathways Hospice Northern Colorado – Fort Collins – An overview of Pathways Hospice in Northern Colorado in Fort Collins, Colorado. A non-profit agency founded in 1978, Pathways Hospice began as an all-volunteer organization. Since that time it has grown to employ 130 professional staff, including three Medical Directors, each Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. We are community focused, serving anyone in need, regardless of financial or insurance status. We also provide educational programs and grief support for schools, businesses and workplaces.
