Overcoming Grief: Overcoming Grief With Homeopathic Help
Overcoming grief can be as simple as allowing the grief to happen. Don’t try to stifle it. Abandon yourself to the crying. Allow tears to well up when you’re talking to friends. The worse thing you can do is to try to control the process. And yet, this is exactly what everyone does.
Grief is a perfectly normal and natural emotion to feel and it needs time to allow for the process. If you can allow the process to work, without trying to interfere, then you are more than likely to resolve it yourself. If friends make comments, abandon the friends, at least while you are grieving. They’re not helping you.
But overcoming grief if you have a lot of buried grief from past, unresolved experiences, may require some help. Because the load may be too much to carry and process on your own.
It’s vitally important to realise that if you allow the grief to be buried, you may slowly (or perhaps not so slowly) work your way towards depression.
There are many homeopathic medicines which will help you unload your grief in an easy and gentle manner. But this is best dealt with by a professional homeopath.
However, there is a very common homeopathic medicine called Ignatia that has a great reputation for helping to overcome grief. It doesn’t suit everyone, but it does help many.
As with all homeopathic medicines, you do need to be able to match your symptoms to those of the medicine. The strong keynote symptoms of Ignatia are a sighing which started after a grief, a lump in your throat which is an emotional lump, rather than a physical one and a spasm of coughing which is not related to any respiratory condition.
If you can see anything familiar, then Ignatia is likely to help in overcoming grief from a loss.
