Only if you are capable of testing for the HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), better known as the “pregnancy hormone” at your residence. =) Since most private citizens do not have such sophisticated technology available to them in their homes, over-the-counter (store-bought) pregnancy test kits (which respond to the presence or absence of this hormone in urine) are a far more convenient option.

Simply go to one of the major search engines and conduct an internet search for “free couples counseling.” This should give you a plethora of great leads, including online forms and even individuals offering couples counseling. In most instances, you may be able to post questions with others (couples and professionals) that may be able to offer free advice. However, be very leery of fraudulent websites that charge excessive fees for participation. Saving a marriage or a relationship is not an art, but requires specific skills and techniques.
