I am a california resident and my ex-wife is an indiana state resident..trouble is she wont let me see our boys for visitation, keeps saying the only way for me is to fly up there to see them and only in her county..though it is not court ordered so i found out that i have to write this letter requesting when i want to see the boys for visit but i don’t know how much time to give her allowing her to answer to my letter before i can file for non-compliant custodial parent..does anyone know how many hours i have to give her?..sorry for the long question..thanks in advance!

Basically, I’ve been having huge mood swings, anger issues and low self esteem and I just really need some help with it outside my friends and family. It’s been going on for about three years now. It started when I was about eleven but started get worse when I was twelve, leaving the house and being in public just makes me stressed, my family hates going out with me because I get so angry, I hardly ever go out with friends. I so easily break down or get frustrated, I try and stay calm but I go from incredibly angry to feeling stupid and crying so quickly. I can’t take it anymore, I need help. I just turned fifteen. There is a history of mental illness in my family, both my siblings are special needs, and my uncle is OCD.

A friend of mine pointed something out to me, the intended effect of most psychiatric drugs is to sedate the person which of course will make them sleepy all the time. It is true in my case at least. I’m on 4 medications, 3 of which are sedatives. It makes me wonder if that is the way psychiatrists think it “fixes” the person, just putting them to sleep so they don’t have to deal with the issues so much. Just thinking of that makes me want to stop my meds, i don’t want to sleep my life away. Your thoughts on this? Thanks.
