Is Seeing a Therapist Considered a Negative Thing Socially?
Question by Rockin’ Roberts: Is seeing a therapist considered a negative thing socially?
So I’m in grad school to become a counseling psychologist, so I of course don’t judge those who see a therapist. But I was wondering if people still interpret seeing a therapist as a “bad” thing – like you can’t control your own life or other negative connotations. If someone told you they were seeing a therapist, what would you think of them?

I think seeing one is a good thing I mean at least they know that they have problems unlike many of us.
