Question by Zachary: Is it a good idea to fee my ball python outside of his tank?
I just got my first ball python a few days ago. I should feed him tomorrow to keep up on his current feeding schedule and was wondering if it was a good idea to feed him outside of his tank. If so, how long should I wait to put him back in his tank?

Try and see if he’ll eat in his tank first…believe me you dont want to be messing with royals around the time they eat, because they can be so fussy. If he wont eat in-situ, outside the tank is another thing to try.
