First, be certain you aren’t just suffering from social anxiety. The 2 are often confused. If you’re feeling often angry or quick to anger from a normal state then it may be social anxiety.
The best way to deal with sociopath tendencies is diligence and patience. Try and make good friends. Be around people with who feel and express normal states of emotions. If you can see that you have hurt someone in some way, make yourself apologize and own up to what you did. Force yourself to take credit for good work, take the blame for bad work or actions.
Please, above all, see a counselor. If you’re a student, a school counselor can help you find someone for free or affordable treatment, if you’re an adult put “sliding scale counseling” and your state into a Google search and find places near you that offer treatment for free or for payment based on your available income and resources.
There may be medications available for you and speaking with someone on a regular basis is the only thus far proven method for correcting sociopath tendencies.
