Question by : How to treat my “cognitive depression” ?
What drives me to ask this question is an experience of negative feelings and hopelessness of a severe chronic skin disorder I had with out med for 2 yrs. Now I’m on med and and I got this hives off .
What type/techniques to treat my depression and stress and anxiety as well
BTW I’m ambidextrous and I’m afraid if my ambidextority affect my cognitive depression

Find a therapist to talk to once a week, and do some research on cognitive therapy.
