The holiday season is typically one of joy and celebration with family and friends. But it can also be a season of grief, remembering loved ones who have passed on, or dealing with the loss of relationships. In this new series, we look at how each of the 4 Types experience grief. Plus we share tips on how to support yourself or a loved one during the grief process. Today we start with how Type 1.
