OK im not the type of person that just talk about my feelings and what not! so it is hard for me just talk about that I have a problem to my parents so i cant just say “hey i have a problem i want to see a therapist” my depression is getting worse =( like I never go out anymore..

it’s really important that you’re open with them. just get the courage to do it. rehearse the whole conversation in your head. you can do it. i know it’s hard, but it’ll be worth it when you feel better. good luck.
