My rat died yesterday, and this morning my other rat joined her. How do I deal with it?

I am so, so sorry. It is hard enough to lose one rodent let alone two in such a short span. I find it helpful to post a memorial on a Mousie Heaven for my lost mice. A rat forum I also use has a Rainbow Bridge category called, “Over the Rainbow Bridge” where you can do the same for your little ones. The link is below:

Again, I am truly sorry for your loss. It is amazing how much these animals can get into our hearts, and when they pass, it is devastating. My daughter has the rats in the family, so I do understand how loving they can be.
