How Do I Cry When I’m Depressed?

Question by Reaver: How do I cry when I’m depressed?
I’ve been looking all over the internet for how to cry, but I always get similar, unhelpful answers, things like “find another way to get over things”, “it’s childish”, “give it time”, and “talk to your therapist” are the only answers I’ve seen that while some may help others, none of them would help me.
I’ve not been suffering from depression, in fact I’ve been mostly very happy, but sometimes I get upset to the point I’d give anything in the world to be able to just cry and let it out, but the only time I EVER remember actually bawling was over the death of my brother’s pet bird around the age of 6, a very long time ago. Many times my eyes have gotten watery from sad or happy movies or the like, but I can’t seem to ever end up bawling, even during incredibly depressing moods. I’ve also tried listening to really sad songs, namely Wolsik by Tabu.
Can anybody help me actually let it out and cry?
Also, I’m a male adolescent, yet I’m not afraid of crying thinking that it’s “unmanly” or anything; in fact, I’m actually trying to be more feminine in certain ways, as it more matches my personality.
Like I said, I don’t want an alternative, or to be told that it’s a stupid way to get over things or anything, I just want to be able to cry for once in my life because I haven’t cried in a very long time, and I really need help doing so, because I seem to be the only person who can’t find a solution to help me cry.
