How Can I Get More Energy?
Question by Rawr!: How can I get more energy?
I feel lethargic and tired almost all the time. I get plenty of sleep. I try to eat a healthy diet most of the time, although I crave sugar constantly. Exercise doesn’t seem to help. I have been to 2 different doctors, and they can’t find anything medically wrong with me. Are there any herbal remedies that would help? Or other ideas?
I try to eat a balanced diet. I don’t believe low-carb is good for you. I crave sugar but try to stay away from simple carbs.
