How Can I Get a Job in This Economy if I Am Socially Disabled?

Question by shredder: How can I get a job in this economy if I am socially disabled?
I am a 22 year old male and I am socially disabled because of my mental illness I am on meds and they help with all the symptoms except I am unable to socialize normally I get brain blocks I cant explain my thoughts, feelings, and opinions. Is there any help I can seek to get a job if I cant pass interviews? I am capable of working, I blow people away I have been told by how well I work but my inability to socialize prevents me from passing interviews no matter how much I rehearse. Can my psychiatrist give me a slip to show the interviewer or manager I am capable of working just can’t pass interviews? Please any advice would be a drastic help.
