Grief work: Bottling your emotions – This is a demonstration we participated in at The Hospice Youth Expressive Arts Grief & Loss Recovery Program by Elke Scholz. www.elkescholz.com/ We were talking about our range of emotions. Anger we feel over loss and grief can be displaced. We bottle these emotions and take out our anger on those closest to us. It is only be recognizing our emotions and our valid feelings that we come to terms to grief.
