None.
RK is has not been proven in any scientific studies to be efficacious in humans. The active ingredient, 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butan-2-one, is not known to have the effect Dr. Oz stated and the side effects of RK on humans when taken orally as a supplement are not established or well understood. Hence, people with fat issues, should do as the best minds in nutrition and health on the planet, the US National Institute of Health, have been recommending for decades and avoid all supplements unless recommended by a health care professional.

How Do I Know if I Am Grieving Over the Loss of My Husband (One Month Ago Exactly)?
Question by ? Eun Hye ?: How do I know if I am grieving over the loss of my husband (one month ago exactly)?
We were together from age 15 to now (we are both 25) and he passed away exactly a month ago in a terrible car accident. We were very private people, and best friends. I just lost the only person who ever *truly* knew me.
My psychologist told me that I need to grieve over this, and that if I don’t I will end up somewhat hollow inside. I’m not sure how to word exactly what he said, but the bottom line was that I need to deal with this loss and face it directly.
The sadness comes in waves. One moment I am fine, and I can function. The next moment, I am overwhelmed with tears and a huge feeling of emptyness.

1. She is a water farie. She has long wavy blonde hair and blue tips. She has blue eyes. She is very nice and spends most of her time with the frogs, turtles, and fish of the pond nearby.
2. She is the darkness farie. She control the night and all things dark. She is very strange and doesn’t get along with others. She has long, straight black hair with purple highlights. She is not evil, just strange
