How Can I Get Rid of My Pain From So Much Loss?
Question by Mort à mal: How can I get rid of my pain from so much loss?
It’s been almost 3 years since my wife committed suicide. I still miss her just as much as when it happened. Maybe even more so. I was happy, and had never been happy before. Now, the only thing is endless sadness. I cannot seem to help it.

Let me first say how sorry I am for your loss. My husband also passed away, he used to abuse pain killers and his heart gave out at age 31. Cardiac arrest. Grief is a very long process and everyone goes through the stages differently.

Question by John: Do you think it’s appropriate to talk about God and the afterlife to a man who lost his wife and kids?

There was a man there who had one of the most horrific life stories I had ever heard. Wife died of cancer and his 2 children died in a traffic accident. I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed.
