Question by death_by_stereo: getting ready to go to a shrink for the first time..?
I have decided to go and get some “counseling” due to my
anger and obsessing over every little thing to the point where i get sick, also for my anxiety

what can i expect?.. what questions will be asked me?.. please give me some insight

first visit is usually pretty casual..some history, etc
