For Those Who Have Adopted After Trying to Conceive, What Is It Like?
by BarrieGreens
Question by Sunny: For those who have adopted after trying to conceive, What is it like?
So I am still young and not ready for a family yet, but I do have medical concerns that might make it difficult (or not possible) for me to naturally have my own children. So my question is to women and couples who have adopted their children as a result of not being able to naturally conceive.
What is it like to go through the adoption process after infertility? What form of adoption did you choose? Would you do it again or recommend others to it? What are some of the hardships? And do you think it worth it and the children as your “own”?
Thanks in advance!

Both of our daughters adopted boys from Russia. It was a complicated, expensive ordeal, but the boys couldn’t be more loved. They were both rescued from situations that would probably have killed them or certainly damaged them severely. They are happy little guys who are very smart and clever.
We all praise God for bringing them into our lives.
