Question by The Contentious Otter: Does it make sense that if Romney were President, a clinic could bill Medicaid for “prayer therapy” to try to?
“pray away the gay”, but a clinic that provides psychologists to try to help problem gamblers deal with their addiction would be completely barred from all Federal Funding – to the point where even recognized programs that are managed by the same organization as the problem gambling clinic would also be barred from applying for Federal Funding?
