Not sure if you mean to run this along side of a full time job? Think I read some time ago that regulation of this was about to be looked into, which may mean that perhaps The Office of Fair Trading would have to issue a licence.Best to contact your local office and get the score.
Should a license be necessary it leaves you in a stronger position to advertise your skills and license number which is a big plus to all potential clients reading your adverts.
